Monthly Lawn Care Program

The monthly program covers basic yard maintenance delivered in weekly or bi-weekly increments for the clients who want continued maintenance and consistent results. With the monthly program contract, the Elite team will provide:

• lawn mowing

• weeding and edging

• leaf and debris removal

• clean up of landscaped areas

• fertilization and weed control of turf area (if requested.)

Seasonal Landscape Maintenance

This seasonal program offers our clients landscaping services to clean-up, revive, and revitalize their property on a more infrequent basis. Often seasonally performed, the Elite team will provide:

• hand pruning and shaping of plants and trees

• targeted weed control

• basic weeding and edging of the yard

• debris cleanup

• re-lay mulch or stone beds

This program is recommended two to three times a year for optimum results.

Landscape Design Services

Our Landscape Design Services range from clean-up and pruning, and landscape refreshes, to complete landscape design services. Whether you're looking for a few new plants and mulch or you would like a whole new look for your home, Elite can help. Our team will provide:

• maintenance and clean up services,

• mulch, stone, flower, plant, and tree purchase and delivery,

• full landscape replacement and redesign,

• full Landscape design services, and

• tree, shrub, and bush pruning and maintenance.
